If a traveler requests a cancellation within 24 hours of booking their tickets and at least 7 days before their scheduled departure, VivaAerobus will not charge traveler any costs. According to the VivaAerobus Cancellation Policy, If boarding has not yet started, cancellations must be requested up to 4 hours ahead to the scheduled departure time and are subject to VivaAerobus flight cancellation fees. As long as the scheduled departure is not more than 24 hours away, travelers may cancel a ticket booked under VivaAerobus' 24-hour cancellation policy. If travelers made the reservation through an official website, traveler can also cancel there. Additionally, traveler can cancel the flight via phone or at the airport counter.
